The Blood Compact Shrine in Barangay Bool, Tagbilaran City, commemorates the treaty of friendship between Miguel Lopez de Legaspi and Rajah Sikatuna. This treaty was sealed by drinking blood mixed in wine, thus it is called the “Blood Compact”.
